Breaking Repeated Patterns

We all grow to life and have been conditioned from childhood with limited beliefs, patterns we have mirrored in our lives from our caregivers (parents, family members or friends).
This may have opened you to accepting pain/trauma as normal. We become broken and struggle internally to find a way out or run away from the pain/trauma.
Brokenness becomes a way of life that we accept and no matter how we try to hide behind the mask of brokenness, we keep getting hurt than gaining the conscious awareness that we need to heal from the pain/trauma. This eventually leads to continuous repeated patterns. However, without breaking these repeated patterns, you will keep attracting pain into your life while losing yourself.
You can break free from what’s breaking you, find yourself, heal and forgive so that you can become whole, healthier and live your best life while you still have the chance!
