Breakups can be heart-wrenching but you must understand that they bring opportunities to discover who you are.
Staying down after a breakup may result in you missing out on the lessons you are meant to learn through the process.

- What did you learn about yourself in the relationship?
- What must you do to learn from that experience?
- Did the relationship result in you gaining an awareness that will get you out of your comfort zone?
- Are you willing to embrace the change in situations?
- What are you going to do differently (first for yourself) going forward?
